The iSAW ecosystem is a platform where a global community of members collaborate to jointly create value through the sharing of ‘what works’ solutions for a thriving workplace
Members also belong to specific ecosystem forums relating to their industry sector, geographical regions or other organizational groupings
The iSAW What Works Ecosystem is characterised by a range of features that combine to accelerate the drive to greater gender equality in the workplace
In addition to configuring and enhancing the digital platform to ensure it enables all the above features and services for stakeholders and participants, iSAW will also act as the overall convenor and curator of the digital ecosystem community. This will ensure content is properly curated and easily searchable and accessible as well bringing together members who are facing similar challenges and enable them to benefit from experiencing a learning journey together. In addition, iSAW will act as a content initiator, selectively seeding content on areas missed by the community as well as commission think-tanks on areas where breakthrough thinking is required.
To achieve the level of radical change required in gender balance reform in the workplace requires a fundamental culture change and mindset-shift, especially of an organization’s leaders. iSAW offers a module which allows leaders to recognize the mindsets that they bring and how these can be shifted to enable greater gender balance across their organization.
