iSAW’ services are aimed at providing advancement and career fulfilment for the everyday working professional woman. They are delivered virtually through a learning and intelligence digital platform and in-person through community events at local and country level - reflecting cultural variations and sensitivities.
iSAW’s services are underpinned by its virtual technology platform - LIFT (Learning and Intelligence For Tomorrow). What is the purpose of iSAW?
The purpose of iSAW and the LIFT platform is to strengthen the position of women globally as a strategic talent pool and enhance their individual career. This is done by providing awareness on gender equality at a local, regional, and global level, arming members with the latest business knowledge in their industry and function, building their personal power and creating an expansive international network for women to succeed.

How are men involved in iSAW?
Male champions are appreciated, valued and are needed to ensure the success of iSAW’s mission, vision and initiatives. Men can join iSAW and their fees will be used to pay for Women Members who do not have the financial means to fund their own membership, in the country they choose. Their financial support will be recognized, with their permission, by having their names listed on the iSAW website. They will also be kept up to date through the iSAW Newsletter and will be invited to specific programs and workshops to collaborate on initiatives.
