Our Founders

Founded by Nancy Speidel, a senior leader in Information Technology, co-Founded by Ebtehal Alrewaily, an international scholarship recipient with a masters in Physics, and Lynn O’Connor, a diversity and inclusion director, iSAW thrives on a combination of their areas of expertise, creating an innovative digital solution to expedite the advancement of greater inclusion and women’s participation in the workplace.

Nancy Speidel, Founder - United States

Nancy Speidel rose to Senior Leader positions in Information Technology, running major programs and heading competitive intelligence benchmarking in high tech and oil and gas. In addition to iSAW Nancy founded 2 industry forums, and co-founded an organization supporting Refugees. Nancy is one of the 4 women who co-founded GROW (Gulf Region Organization for Women). She also helped launch a corporate IT Diversity and Inclusion program and continues as a D&I Champion. She is an international speaker on “Women in the Workplace”.

Ebtehal Alrewaily, Co-Founder - Saudi Arabia

Ebtehal Alrewaily holds a masters in Physics and has a career in statistics. She studied at Northridge, California State University in the USA. This international experience was the seed to her passion to create iSAW to building bonds and improving career opportunities globally. She aims to unlock a future of professional work environments for women within her country and around the world for generations to come. She also volunteers and supports the Equalization of Opportunities organization in Saudi, which is a strategic partner of iSAW international.

Lynn O’Connor, Co-Founder - United Kingdom

Lynn O’Connor is a Global HR Director with a passion for advancing women in the workplace. She has over 20 years in FTSE 100 organisations in Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Insurance and Software Services, helping organizations build high performance cultures through values, engagement and inclusion. Lynn has lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, UAE, Bermuda. She is an International speaker, facilitator, strategy consultant and coach on leading cultural change. She was one of 4 co-Founders of GROW (Gulf Region Organization for Women).
